Apparently my new character, which is supposed to be a Fire/Healing Debilitator has kept the powers of the character I played before. Notice the grayed out powers. I'm basically stuck with only the two I have equipped.

Update : Restarting the game has solved this problem.

I've noticed that this happens with some(?) power sets when you choose to logout, rather than quit game. Sometimes I logout to just change toons, and when I log back in, I still have my old powers on the tray, and the chat log is the same as when I logged out also. I've started just restarting the client when changing toons

There are a lot of things similar to this, like how merely logging out doesn't clear the chat bug. I think there must be some kind of client synchronization or garbage collection issue going on.

i cant even get passed the character creator because it will not let me select any powers
