I seem to be stuck on 2 missions,1 Missing parts and 2 Heroes rising,it will not allow me to do those missions.Please help!

We're currently getting ready to patch fixes in. There is some code that was blocking some of the states of a few missions, but we got them fixed up and have some artists finishing part of the map now to complete this next patching pass.
