I created a character. the game booted me out. Relaunched I have a black screen for the login area. the arrow cursor will turn to a hand with a small message coming soon. I deleted redown loaded. Any help Please

It's an older system can't screen shot but
Vista home basic
Amd athlon 64X2 5000+ 2.61ghz
32 bit operating system
Geforce 9400 gt vid card
