Issue Type: XP/level up bug

Description of Issue:
Not sure if intended, but upon reaching level 5 my xp bar went to 1/0 and I'm leveling up after every enemy killed. I do know I was messing with enhancements and power slots around the time that I hit level 5.

Location(s): Mob spawn location west of store/trainer NPCs
Frequency: One character so far

Let us know if you try a new skill set if the same thing happens if you mess with enhancements again.
