So u can't play the new beta version like i said in m deleted post about 10 min ago. I only ave a white square on character creator and also i fall under the map.

Yeah we're trying to find active people to assist instantly with this error, it's on our list of known bugs.

Last thing I asked people to do was delete the valiance files located in this area and reinstall: (still waiting to see if anyone's done it and it worked)

We are setting up a system for bug finding so we can see where the issue is upon character creation. We're hoping since the client seems fine and people's PCs can run it fine, we can find a link to the few people having this issue.
