Some browsers fail to clear cached data so refreshing the page while logged in is still not enough to see the updated changes to the website. Also something to note: we're currently in the process of developing a new system for the profile section of the website; this will allow you to download links directly through the profile page. We're going to be making it much easier for supporters to view releases and access links to content they've invested in.
We're also preparing for a large patch before the end of the month, so you might want to consider waiting for that patch as character wipes will occur due to massive database changes. Let us know if you still have issues with access the download link.
