1) Completed the basic layout for South and North Skyeline using prototype world elements (lightweight art seen in the latest screenshots).

2) Started replacing the prototype elements with final game assets.

3) Started the reconstruction of the City Hall building platform to reflect that of the concept art.

4) Started building lots and platforms for South Skyeline architecture.

5) Completed road decal for Skyeline.

6) Completed development of four unique interior tilesets.

7) Completed development of one unique player housing tileset.

8) Completed development of one unique player base tileset.

9) Started development of visual effects and sound effects for four power sets.

10) Started development of safe-zone bots to neutralize mobs that find their way into safe areas; increased the population of law enforcement spawns around safe-zones as well.

11) Completed the latest phase of the traffic and pedestrian system.

12) Started development of a new gear-centric system to allow for weapons, clothes, and armors to be more easily accessible and changeable; gear will remain purely aesthetic but can be swapped at anytime as long as it is in the character's inventory.

13) Completed the latest optimization of the male character and his customizations; a new character customization video is in production showing in detail the use of the new male morphing sliders.

14) Started the latest optimization pass of the female character and her customizations.

15) Completed development of the Soldier Commander pet controller power set.

16) Started development of the Sidekick and Ninja Assassins pet controller power set; developed a lite version of the Dual Warblade power set to accommodate the Ninja Assassins power set.

17) Started development of the weapon customization and pet customization panels for the Character Generator.

So is gear going to be seperated from character appearance entirely but add stats or will it be mechanically irrelevant and just be something you can put on over your basic costume if you want?
