A few things I've noticed with the Energy Blast ranged set:

- Concentrated Energy (Single target, High Damage) cooldown is entirely too long, about 65 seconds.
- Energy Surge tooltip says it's a PBAOE, but the animation is a Cone attack or just ranged AOE.
- Energize (+Acc, +Dmg) cooldown is way too short, only 2 seconds.
