I'm trying to complete "Heroes Rising" -Return to Marcus Clark but every time I click on him it doesn't complete the mission. I've even tried selecting the "The hands on the watch" mission and re-selecting Heroes Rising but same results. Any help with this?

I'm having the same issue. You speak to him and are supposed to track down the "bad guys," but the mission never moves past speaking with Marcus Clark. Waypoint never moves.

We're currently in the process of getting the new patch ready, but we've resolved that issue in the upcoming patch.
