I've run around and can't find enemies except for the dummies. Where are the new enemy placements?

NPC issues should be fixed by tomorrow morning and there will also be a "live" patch (no downtime) to fix some problems people are reporting

There is also a costume bug. My guy has no face and has a big box around him.
