I've just got a bit of a bulk list going here:

Character Creator:

It isn't immediately clear when you have selected two powers for your archetype--I proceeded to the next page with an incorrect selection because I thought the white box around the powersets implied that they were selected, not the green circle around them. This may just be a me problem.
Female characters don't have eyeballs or eyebrows.
"Ancient Dynasty Pinned" hair makes female characters mostly disappear, leaving them as a floating head.
Most of the hairs lower on the list aren't positioned on the female character model and will float far off to the side.
The green chest option leaves the female character topless, showing some nudity.
Entering the world planted me with a static camera angle of some green smoke in a boxed-in area. I couldn't do anything and had to exit and restart to get UI elements.
Attempting to enter with a female character with these buggy options leaves you as a cloud of white smoke, unable to do anything.
