changimg Music Volume Slider freezes interface. Same happens for Ambient noise, sound effects, gui sounds or enable/disable PLAY MOUSE OVER Sounds?

can adjust slider or edit the numeric value to right and the same result when pressing SAVE at bottom

Pressing reset button and Save has same effect.
Values do appear to retain after crash and restart of game
Not sure how to grab driver information for this one.
