Is there a ticketing process or any logs/files that should be provided?

Just in case, since I see several threads you started, there is an in-game bug reporting feature. It's the question mark icon in the upper-left corner. You can submit bugs or suggestions.

thanks... I am not even getting past settings or character configuration yet. It might be nice to have that feature enabled out in these screens.
