If a user exists with the inputted email, an activation email has been sent.

Game Crashes frequently

I get an error that says something like "The game has crashed please send us your crash report from such and such folder"

I do not know which file in the folder to send to support.

I am going to improvise with this post, so if a forum admin correct me please follow what they say.

My Game installation went to C:\val\windowsplayer\valienceonline.exe

I am not sure where your installation may have gone by default, but searching in Windows Explorer for "valienceonline.exe" on local drive may reveal the path.

My game crashed three times and I have three directories that have Julian dates down to the minute of the crash. I have attached a screenshot of the folders

Inside of each folder is the following files.

crash.dmp
error.log
output_log.txt

I am not sure what all these contain, but I attached to an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and sent them away. I do not see how I could submit through the game if the client crashed otherwise.
