I just got logged into the green mist area. No character or ability to do anything, just the green mist in front of me. Had to quit and re-log.

Yes, this is a known issue and here's the report logged as the bug-

soft lock on initial load-in -also- when you Log Out instead of Quit Game- when re enter your in soft lock like initial (in the green mist)
