I right click on the guy who is supposed to level you up, but nothing happens.
I had to click on powers in the top left, select the power I wanted, and click save, while near the level-up guy.
We are aware of this bug, for now you just need to open your powers window while being close to the trainer. The powers button is in the top left(its the lightning bolt)

The administrator has disabled public write access.
I noticed this as well, and if helps narrow it down for DevTeam, I only notice this being a problem with the first level or two, after that the trainer guy works properly, and using the lightning bolt menu workaround ceases to function.
