The Iron Resolve defense set toggles aren't working. When I try to use Minimal Invulnerability, the endurance is drained as if the power activated and the character does a kind of taunting/roaring animation, but the power immediately goes on cooldown and doesn't do anything. It also tends to try to activate again once the cooldown is over.
