When I log into the game to play an existing character from my desktop the character selection screen shows no model, but on my laptop it shows the model.

I have the same issue. Sometimes it will show up, like once out of all the times I've logged in. But usually it is blank.

Do you have different settings between the two computers, like one directx9 and the other 11?

I ran dxdiag and I have DirectX Version: DirectX 12 on the desktop and the laptop



If I go to Character Creator and cancel out the models appear on both computers.
