I dont know how else to put this but the people walking around the city after this new patch are crowding up on one corner. I do not know if this is happening anywhere else. I submitted a bug in game but i posted a pic. here.

The NPC's are .... plotting something.

These three are in walk animation but unable to get around each other. Their timing must be off and they all showed up in one spot on their path and cannot cross.

One looks like could break loose.... no luck.
