I thought maybe this was just new characters but inconsistently even existing characters as I log in the Main Mission Yellow bar, Side Mission Aqua Bar and the Research Mission blue bar spazzes out in size and position until it finally settles in to place. I wish I could capture a video and not just one image of this.


EDIT: added a couple more screenshots as it happened again on logon.

This definitely happens to me a lot, as well as with various windows and text boxes.
