Fistful of Arrows is waaaay OP. I was level 2 blaster, and I can kill level 5 enemy with two FFoA, and a single Aimed shot. As a level 3 blaster, I took on 3 Level 5 Lt,and 2 Level 1 perp simultaneously, and that cone from FFoA obliterated the entire mob in about 15 seconds. I think I fired two aimed shot, and two FFoA in that time period.

That sounds only moderately OP. A lot of powers (like super strength) are really terribly Underpowered at the moment.

Ya I have a MA scrapper. Playing the blaster makes levelling a joke. My blaster easily levels up in 1/3 the time it took my scrapper to get same level.
I am fine with how aimed shot performs, but FFoA seems way too strong for a tier 3 power, that is also a cone attack. In my above example I easily destroyed 5 mobs...3 of which were level +2 lieutenants. That's pretty OP for a two power rotation so early in game
