So I was playing my Arch/Heals Debilitator. I logout, and log back in with my scrapper. The Archery powers were still on my bar. Bar 2 with my normally healing powers was empty. I try to attack with my archery power icons, and my scrapper takes out a bow, but nothing happens. My MA powers were greyed out on the Powers tab, and I was unable to select, or drag them to my bar.

Closing the client completely, allowed me to login with my scrapper, and his normal MA/Iron powers

Yep, created Archery and Healing Debilitator Archtype AKA Betty4 and no Healing Energy power on bar. I can drag and drop into place.

I could attack and work fine.

I logged out and logged in with Betty4 and the healing power is gone and when I try to use the archery set my character gets the shakes like she wants to fire that arrow but cannot do the animation for about a minute. She does eventually fire that arrow but some time passes.

I can drag the arrow power to the power bar again. I cannot drag the heal power to the powerbar or use it
