I did see posts regarding the "Stop the Fire Starters" mission where the npc speaks as if you already have the mission but there are no way points on the map and seemingly no bombs to disarm.

I didn't see this mission in the bugs forum...
I just took the "Reclaim the Delivery" mission from the security guard. In this instance the conversation seemed OK and I accepted the mission but no waypoints and I was unable to find the "security box" I need to destroy.

Thank you for reporting this, I did report this in our internal Bug Reports - My apologies for not Duplicating it in the Forums-
Will follow up on the updates and be assured these issues are being tracked and worked on according to priority.
