I donated twice to this now, but when I go to play now to download it to my desktop it keeps telling me to donate...cept I already did. Can someone please fix this?

Im her boyfriend and I checked...she has no investor section on the forum. I know for a fact she donated cause I used my bank card to pay for it not to mention she logged into the game and was viewing character creation stuff on her pc along with me.

it's still not giving me access and I waited a month after you said you would check. Can you guys either fix this or refund my money to me if I will not be allowed to play?

Rain-and-Thunder, what issues are you having? We've checked your account status, and see that you have access.

Rain-and-Thunder, another note from the web administrator is that a few people had issues because they didn't logout and log back in after their accounts were updated. We'll be adding some tech this week to auto-log members when account updates are made, so that they can log back into to proper see their updates. Let me know if you've been able to gain access.

i have donated as well under account name GOBLYN QUEEN yet i still have not recieved access i donated november 3rd got confirmation email saying my donation was accepted

@GOBLYN QUEEN, just checked and you should be fully equipped. Please log-out, log back in, and let us know if you're still having problems.

link is saying downloader is invalid and asking for serial #

@GOBLYN QUEEN that link should take you to a forum thread with a download link. You'll then download the launcher from the launcher link on that page, and then extract the contents of that archive file to your desired location. There is a chance that you're using a third-party archive extraction tool that requires a serial number to fully unlock.

However, there are some free solutions such as 7zip, that are free to use. Let us know if this doesn't help.

ok i downloaded launcher did char creator and then tried to launch game it never goes past the load screen .. sigh...i play several onlince games on my computer so i know its not the problem
