after creating a new character and after loading the start screen i am falling down trough the map (see picture).

Got the newest Nvidia Driver.

Playing on Windows 7 64 Bit (newest Microsoft Updates) / 32 RAM / 1070 GTX any Solution?

I am trying to lower Graphics and the Graphics Resolution but no changes.

Can you respawn okay? I was told to ask.

How can i respawn? You mean relogging?
Or some chat command?

If i am logging in again same problem.

Try clicking the support icon in the upper left and use the stuck option and let us know what happens!

No Change, i writed an ingame Support Message as Stuck and also as Bug Report.
The Position of Clark is about 6k+ away from my position after falling trough the map.

i had searched some key command but i did not found some stuck release or dying option for respawning somewhere else.

any idea?
i will try later with the same computer on windows 10, i will let you know if any difference will apear.

No if you click the support icon in the upper left there is a stuck option available.

I will get you a screenshot in a bit if you can't find it.

I got 3 Chars, two falling trough the floor. One got not the bug but got other bug (see picture).
Will try now under windows 10 64 bit with older nvidia driver.

@sheitan1974, can you show what that character looks like in the character select screen? I'd like to look into the customizations to see if I can recreate this.

You mean my last picture? this was my Alpha0815a (Strange horizon).

Falling trough the floor was with BlaBla and KANEWS.

This was the first update that i got low fps between 18-25. and i tried many solutions from 1280x720 till 3840x2160.
I also switched graphic settings to fastest but the change effect will be little between 1-2 fps.

in the past i got in your updates between 45-60 fps @4k

my specs are intel i7 2600k / 32 GB / nvidia 1070gtx

running os and game on ssd samsung 850

got the same effect with windows 10 pro like under windows 7 pro both 64 bit

Ironsight is looking into it and should be in touch...
