hi i am a white box again, first login my game froze.
Second time i pass right through the floor, third time same thing and after that i try create a new hero got the white box.
I have this problem since, launcher v_9 to V_10 upgrade. The Hero creator, have a problem for me, as show in this video.

From what we've gathered this is a file corruption that happens when old Valiance files are still running/located in the computer somewhere. Please e-mail support as they can provide more info and files to prevent this from happening.

Please also be sure to send them PC specs, as well as OS to make sure there's nothing breaking from the PC itself when downloading/updating the game.

I send all the info on my previous mail which was saturday. I also done a files matching after skid told me too and everything seems perfect.

Do you want me to send my crash dump file, maybe their is some anwser there.

That should help, I know the support team said they sent you new files. I'm wondering if it's not fixed still maybe theres another issue somewhere.
