Help! I'm not sure if it's a hardware issue on my end - but my laptop runs most MMO's just fine on mid to lower settings - or it may be a software problem I'm having.

I've attempted to create two characters thus far and have deleted them both because during the Character Creation phase - no matter what customization options (for aesthetics, costume, physique, etc.) nothing appears to change until the character is created. I've played with color options and the body-type sliders, and clicked to change costume pieces but nothing is changing on the screen. Only when I actually get to playing the game do the changes make themselves known. What could be happening?

They just did an update and there is a bug that was introduced while laying the foundation for new character creator stuff, models, etc. It is up on their FB.

From FB about 10 hours ago:
"We're currently prepping a patch with a power set updates as well as a number of bug fixes... A character creator update patch will be next!"

What facebook of theirs are you looking at? Their last update on the one I'm looking at was back in 2015.

as an FYI...

I was tooling around in the Char.Gen and while you can't see the changes immediately, if you were to make an edit, then go to the gender selection tab and switch genders, then switch back, it will then update the model with the edits you've made. Rather annoying if you make several changes of course, but at least it's something.
