I just want to know if there's any way we can allow people who have made characters when the character customization was broken a chance to re customize their character, I've investigated quite a bit of time into getting to level 13 and if what is being passed around by word of mouth is true that the customization will be getting fixed within the next few days, It'd be nice not to half to start over.

Also, can you please adjust the dmg % output by mobs, They're hitting really hard right now.

This tech is planned. I can't tell you in all certainty how soon that will be, but you will have the option to enter a costume store to change your default costume. You'll also be able to create alternative costumes for your characters that will be changeable in-game. Sorry for the inconvenience this bug has caused.

This bug slipped passed us as we made a change to another script right before the build process to fix something in-game, and had no idea it has also affected the character creator. We'll be more thorough with our quality assurance process in the future.

Can you give an ETA as to how soon the customization itsself will be fixed? and on the side will the in game tailor be in with this next hot fix or is it later on? Just curious to know if I keep leveling with my 13 when this next update goes through that's to fix it if we'll be able to do it in game as well. Like I said. I would just rather not invest alot more time if the hot fix will only apply to the beginning customization, I'll just put character creation and leveling on hold if that's the case.

Yes, the hotfix patch will only apply to the start-up character generator. The in-store character generator won't be coming that soon.
