If you are having issues connecting to the game, please use the "uninstall game" feature under Options in the launcher to remove and reinstall the game.

We're fixing a bug that is causing some crashes. Once that is done we'll be working on new Mac and Linux clients.

The server is down for a large patch. We hope to have it back up tomorrow evening. Patch notes are being prepared for release. Stay tuned!

We’re fixing an issue with NPC AI then will be uploading the patch and bringing servers up. Hopefully later today.

The server is coming down for updates (account authentication improvements, in-game account tech and investor rewards implementation) and testing tonight. We'll announce when testing is complete.

Servers are back up... but may come down again tonight for a client update that will make investor elements like capes and a vanity pet accessible.

Servers will be going offline in about 1 and a half hours (3:30am ET) for a few more updates; they should only be down for about 20 minutes.

Character creator massive patch. to confirm you're using the new version, character name creator should be in the top right of your screen.

The Patch Updates:
- The server now governs slider values that are manually typed; this prevents players from inputting values that create unwanted effects.

The Notes:
- This update requires a full deletion of your native install directory, so please make sure that you delete the entire install directory before updating to the latest patch.

Servers will be coming down in about an hour for patch testing. They will likely be down today and most of tomorrow.

This will be a major update and we will need to do some pre-testing before releasing it but it will include many updates such as lots of new mobs, new chargen features, new character shaders, a new starting area and gameplay environment, and more power sets completed.

Server should be up sometime over night tonight. Patch needs a little more work but should be available... soonish.
