2014 would be from the old system and I thought you still have yet to merge the two databases? That makes it sound like no one should have the correct total as of right now. Or should I be checking with support as well?

I'm confused on this. Should anyone be having to send evidence of their previous donations at this point? If you haven't merged the two databases, what is the point? At the most you should provide the email address(es) you donated under the previous system and only if there is a discrepancy then you provide extra data. It almost sounds like you don't have the previous donation information which is worrisome.

Is this just so your total is updated immediately?

Email you used to donate and/or register on the forum (if not the same) should be enough.

If they need more information they will ask for it. But if you donated you should be on the list.

Sent my Paypal transactions to support. Finally found them once I knew I was not looking for just SilverHelm donations(Tiffany Victoria if anyone is having trouble with really old donations). Even found one in Nov 2014. Looking forward to Founders Frame.
