Will you be going through previous donations done before this site went live and applying them to your current rewards program?

We sent out an email to those that donated on the former site, informing on the procedures to reinstate their donation status. Let us know if you were one that didn't receive or discover that email. A few people had it filtered away as spam, but our support team worked with them to get them reinstated.

Doesn't seem like I've gotten said email, checked both accounts possibly involved (use another for PayPal than for here). If I got it it's already been expunged from my spam folder. I see that I used the name BlackestDawn (maybe just display name, so same login as here if so) on the old site, but did use the same email.

I got that e-mail. It just said to make a new account here using the e-mail address receiving that message. I did. I have not seen my previous donation applied. Have you guys just been busy with other stuff recently (like that wonderful new update you talked about on Facebook)? What's going on? FYI, I intend to donate some additional funds once this is sorted out.

The tech for this is in the process of being set up. Should be ready over the next couple of weeks.

And sorry, Shocktacular, I just find it safer to assume the opposite, lol. Thanks for posting your experience with the donation email though, since I didn't get one or it got caught in my spam folder.

Well, I donated anyways so I sure hope you eventually get Founder rewards implemented(and you locate my previous donation).

I never received an email (that I know of) and am a former donor. I have been super busy with life/work/college for about 3 months though so haven't been able to do much of anything aside all that lol.
