RESEND ACTIVATION EMAIL


If a user exists with the inputted email, an activation email has been sent.

Need help getting my account corrected

I had to create a new account in June 2016. :( I started an account way back when all you could do is log into the "game" and walk around. I had donated money and had earned a little standing. Then got new job and couldn't log in for several months. When I tried to log in I couldn't. I tried changing pw, contacting support, but in the end I lost all record of status, all recognition for the money I donated and had to re-create my account causing me to be listed as a newbie.
Is there anyway to regain my status?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

A few of us were in the same (or similar) boat.

Aegis said in another thread:
Best thing is to email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with any information you remember (or that they ask for) and they will check.

I did the above with the various emails I used in the last few years and they were able to tell me my current donation level and that I was a Founder. Neither will show until they do some integration on the back end.
