Good evening.

I downloaded the installer and .exe file onto my laptop. I managed to log in and get to the character screen. Then at a certain point (gender selection) I was kicked off. Since then when I click on the .exe file it goes to "Status Connecting" and stays there. I have done this a number of times after exiting out of the program but no change. Even doing it with my firewalls down with no change. I'm running windows 10 on a new HP laptop.

I can use Google Chrome and MS IE Edge without issue so my internet connection is up. Suggestions, recommendations, and instructions are requested {and would be GREATLY APPRECIATED), please.

If you go to the main page and look on the right side graphics, just below the big 'Pre-Alpha PLAY NOW' graphic... there should be a 'Server Status' Graphic.

I believe it is down right now as they are doing a large patch update and test.

Ok thought it was just me. Owell joing to have to play tomorrow, hopefully server is up by then.
