i downloaded the game and then when i open it the first screen all it says is "statues connecting". It hasn't let me do anything yet. I don't even think I've gotten to the actual start menu yet. Did I download the game wrong or is there something else that I should do? Also the only two buttons that are on the screen are settings and exit.

That's because the server is currently down. Sorry to say so.

It's my understanding that it's currently being patched and will be back up when the patch is done compiling. Aegis said it was 50% done 4 hours ago, though I don't know when they started. Going to donate in a few days, can't wait to play! Based on the screen shots it, it looks like they are introducing some pet powersets in the upcoming patch!

Well.... That's one long ass patch process.

The BIG patch is available and servers are up! Launch the game to update and play! If you have issues, uninstall and download/install again.
