donated a long time ago, and never got an email for the game access. who do i contact, and how??

We have a small support (and dev) staff and they have day jobs. There is a queue for support, they will get to you as soon as possible.

When did you email them?

I emailed them twice yesterday and once today, but no biggie I completely understand. but i did not get a email with instructions, just a receipt email. I would like to start the download though to get ready when the the game is back online.
