Without revealing your actual password, can either of you confirm whether or not your passwords include characters other than numbers or letters? Keep in mind that passwords are hashed when they are written, making them impossible for even us to observe.

Mine contains both letters and numbers. Some letters are in capital. No other characters than that.

My PW does contain a special char.

As requested in a previous patch, I am now using the Valiance Launcher 64 Bit to patch the game but when I get the game to come up, it says "Status: Disconnected". Has anyone else ran into this issue? I did verify with the homepage and it states "Server Status UP!", so I am not sure what is happening or if I need to reinstall the game again?

Polaris, you need to completely delete your former install directory. You then need to install a fresh copy of the game. Unity made some changes to how they're tech handles overwrites in the newer releases, so you'll need a fresh install space to ensure that the launcher chunks are all properly written. Let us know if you continue to encounter issues.

Just the one account. I sent an email to support. Went through the password reset and account confirmation just to make sure, but it's all linked to just the one account, this one.
