Keep in mind that passwords are hashed when they are written, making them impossible for even us to observe.

Polaris New Member Posts: 7	#7538 6 years 7 months ago As requested in a previous patch, I am now using the Valiance Launcher 64 Bit to patch the game but when I get the game to come up, it says "Status: Disconnected". Has anyone else ran into this issue? I did verify with the homepage and it states "Server Status UP!", so I am not sure what is happening or if I need to reinstall the game again?

IronSight Developer Posts: 209	#7539 6 years 7 months ago Polaris, you need to completely delete your former install directory. You then need to install a fresh copy of the game. Unity made some changes to how they're tech handles overwrites in the newer releases, so you'll need a fresh install space to ensure that the launcher chunks are all properly written. Let us know if you continue to encounter issues.
