Still do not see the investor forums. Emailed support last week and today and no one has gotten back to me yet.

We did lose some support staff so things will be a little slower. Hopefully we can stuff up in the near future...

They've emailed you twice, not sure why not received, and you should have investor forum access but they are double-checking your account settings.

Support also suggests you clear your browser's cache as that may be why you can't see the investor area.

Looking into why emails aren't reaching you, but please let us know if you see the forums after flushing your browsers cache.
