I reckon you've checked your spam folder, but I suggest you check there if you haven't. I'm investigating the issue now.

Check now Shazan. It appears your email was being bounced between two servers, so we sent the reply to both separately.

I have access to the investor section and have now downloaded the client and have tried a few times over the last 24 hours. I am now also stuck on "Status: Unconnected...". Would appreciate any help

I already deleted and re-downloaded the client a couple times; can anyone provide an update on how else to address this issue?

@natberry1991, I'm getting ready to push a server update in about 1-2 hours, will follow up with you here to see if it has resolved your issue. It should improve connectivity by a lot. Standby for just a bit.

Thank you! I feel like I should mention though that I'm trying to run the Mac client, and I'm seeing mixed messages here about whether or not that is even supposed to be working at this time.

OH!!! That explains it completely then haha. The Mac client is still accessing an older instance of the server, but the good news is that the new Mac client is going up later tonight after these servers are updated.

You'll see the new Mac launcher once it's all complete. We're getting up for a huge update this weekend, that will be followed by a stress test next week, so we're getting the servers ready. Mac and Linux launchers are coming!

Having this issue as well it goes to pop up the log in and then status unconnected. Read this whole thread so reinstall might not help, but again will try.
