I have tried endlessly to get into the game but every single time I get Status unconnected message and have never ever gotten past it. I donated so I could try this game and participate in Alpha but have never been able to. Please help.

No, not received anything at all in normal or spam

Don't post your email here shazan but just tell me what email service are you using? We're having an issue getting blocked as spam on the server level by some (so you it wouldn't even get to your spam folder) and are working with the services to resolve it. Want to see if that is the issue. Thanks!

Just deleted files (yet again) and reinstalled (yet again) and still getting status unconnected. Thought I would try that again as still not heard from support after 2 and a half weeks

I still have it and after nearly 3 months have still not had a reply from support either

I am also having this issue and have emailed support twice now after waiting a significant amount of time. It's been about a month or so now.

So I am still unable to get into the game, a year after pledging support. Sadly, support services are non existent as I have still heard nothing from them since starting this thread. Surely, this has to be some type of record.
