I just updated my profile today with a new email address. Because everything is still in flux, i decided to check my donation total only to find it is now $0. This seems like it would be a straight forward process and should not affect your totals. I emailed support so hopefully you can restore my amount but thought people should be aware this is a broken process imo. interesting enough I still have my platinum frame though.

Just fyi, I had tried changing back to the original email and donations were still $0. Went ahead and changed it back to my new email since it didn't matter.

My one question is about receiving the update the issue had been resolved was sent to the old email. Maybe because that is where the ticket started? I guess for now I won't worry about it until you email some updates and see which email receives it.
