3 weeks and still nothing from anyone about access to the game. I've not emailed support yet because I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do anyone's job for them.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

The quickest way to get support is to email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. especially since they may need private information we are not going to ask you for on the forums. I will follow up with them but again, the best way to get support is via email.

Hello!
Still having issues accessing the game. I've had two communications with Support. The last communication, about 10 days a go, I gave them step by step details on my issue. I've heard nothing since, and no reply to an email I sent asking for an update. I'd really like to get into the game, but starting to kind of feel I'm on a ride here. All I'm looking for is an acknowledgment of my issue and a solution. Thank you.

Hello Gil!

Has this been resolved? Last i've heard our support team was completely caught up and e-mails sent out, you might have to send support some information so they can make sure your e-mail provider isn't blocking the e-mails. Please check spam/junk folders in the meantime.
I would say back away slowly but umm… I think I’ll just shoot you.
