Among other names, I was @Spellward in CoH and on Virtue. I miss the old community and hope VO can be what we're all hoping for.

Ah, Virtue! My favorite server. Living in Europe, I usually came and left before the main crowd, but there were always people hanging around in Atlas Park, having a costume contest or just roleplaying.

I'm @Itland, and my Incarnate was Sun's Bright Hand, an annoyingly luminous fire/dark tanker (made after we got to color darkness powers, obviously). Before that I spent a long time as Reboundancy, a Dark/Regen scrapper and my first 50. He was a member of the Legion of LiveJournal. I also had a couple members of Paladins of the Night, the most played being Dark Gold Wielder, a dark/dark scrapper. There were more ... I think Gold Sun Shield was on Virtue, and probably Lord Silverwing. He certainly was one of my most roleplay-y character.

With the archetypes being so different here, I don't think we will ever be able to recreate our favorite characters. But that may be just as well. There are many new stories to be told.

Hello fellow Virtueans!

My wife and I played CoH/V since about Issue 6.

We really miss the game and I have tried to keep track of all the successor projects. This one looks the most promising, but I only just recently heard about it. Can anyone explain or point me to a link about how Valiance differs from other successors and from CoH?

I guess what I'm most looking for is basically an updated and expanded version of CoH. You can't find control classes in other games that even come close to how fun a dominator or controller was!

I'm open to new ideas, but I miss every aspect of CoH/V. I miss enhancements. I inspirations. I miss the core powers that really helped define each archetype's role. I miss having a duelist class like scrappers and assassins.

I have to say that I miss the community the most. I feel that the CoH/V community (especially on Virtue!) was mature and helpful from the beginning to the end of my experience. No other MMO came close. I also felt it was the most diverse community of any MMO, and I really appreciated how the Paragon staff embraced that.

My family and I were on the Infinity server but here's a shout out to Virtue denizens!

Frederic Swanson, the cold-war robotic empath here, just caught wind of this and figurin' on hittin' the streets once again!

Another toon was Thomas Rodderic, Fire Troll and Bubbler.

I look forward to more adventure, just hopefully no AE nonsense, that killed PVE and brought nothing but disaster IMHO despite making a few of my own scripted adventures in it when it first hit the field.

Virtue was the best. The Pocket D was usually busy and there was some awesome roleplaying, stuff that I thought could be better than what Marvel/DC come out with today.

SincereAgape/Huntsman Agape were my two main characters.

I usually ran as Randy Rudabuagh during raids and trials.

I used to lead a lot of Master Mother of Mayhem trials before CoX closed.

Hello Virtue refugees. @Jawbreaker here, was a day 1 COH player until it went dark. I had an awful alt addiction but a few of my mains were Sistah Powah, Frightningbolt, Fahrenhate, Neutron Blonde, Aftrodizziac, The Distortionist, Monster Mitts, Glasshouse, Ogrekill...yeah I'll stop now. I miss CoH and am hoping to VO can reignite those amazing experiences again.

*wave* played here as well...my main was a fire/fire dps named Feuer-konig..but i had an sstr/inv named liberty guard and a kheldian named soulstar

Does anyone remember Myst or Lady Gaia? If so, that was me... among sooo many others.

Hey, all -
I played COH for a couple years and CO up until this past year.
Oh COH, I played a Tank named Slow Mountain, another named Giant Boy, a bow-weilding bounty-hunter Defender name Ryzik, and a plant/thorns dominator named the Virginia Strangler.
Looking forward to playing V.O., but I play off a Mac these days - so who knows how soon that might be.

So many memories, I didnt play CoX because I was a child and I wasnt informed about games news so I didn’t have the time to play it. I could have play with the Freedom Expansion as free to play but didnt know, my first superhero game was DCUO and CO so I get here. But I had absorbed all the info and lore, images and videos left into the recreated web, use the paragon chat and It was awesome so I get closer to City of Titans and Valiance Online.
