Cant seem to start the gane

Any specifics?
- When does it halt
-- Does the launcher load
--- If so, then when you click 'PLAY' does it stop at that point?
-- If it gets beyond that, Do you get to login screen and get stuck at loading?
- Computer
-- Operating system
-- Video Card
-- Memory

Could really use some information or no way to help
