An aspect of some other MMOs that I have found to adversely impact my gaming experience is where suddenly a radical change is made usually precipitated by some theorycrafted min/max'er activity. This then leads to an outcry or the min/max'ers find a way round it resulting in bouncing around from patch to patch with buffs and more nerfs for months or even years. But the theorycrafters will still always find and publish the best builds with anything even fractionally less being considered garbage. So my appeal to the devs is don't get obsessed by this (like some games do) and make sure that any adjustments have minimal impact on the ordinary players.
