Probably a very late goal, if not post-release, but I'm wondering how many other people would be interested in character customization options that entirely replace existing body parts with non-humanoid features. City of Heroes gave players animal legs, but I'm also talking about a few more monstrous or alien features that may require different animations or bone structure.

CO has done this to a limited extent and I believe Heroes and Villains is stating they'll have elemental arms but the concept art still appears to be energy contained in a normal arm shaped vessel which I imagine would look awesome as well in action.

Seeing water arms that wiggle and lash out would be amazing and same goes for seeing energy and elements contained or controlled into certain shapes.

Also Centaurs and the like would be impressive or someone with 4 mechanical legs walking around like a spider.

So far I only see tails and wings as "extra" parts, and will probably be it for a number of years.

Personally though I would love to be able to have choices like like four legs, both in "feral" and taur form. Different kinds of insects (6-8 legs, or possibly even the hundreds that some centipedes appears to have), again both in "feral" and taur/drider form but also with having multiple pairs of arms instead of legs (like 4 arms and 4 legs). Non-legged bodies like snakes and nagas, or even mechanical tracks/wheels.

On the flip side I would also like the option for no legs and/or arms. Heck even just a simple geometric shape could be useful, like a super advanced robot that is contained inside a perfect sphere.

Realistically speaking though I don't see them going beyond quadruped options (and possibly geometric shapes), if we get any such options at all. The amount of work in getting the skeleton, all the morph points, animations and costume options right is just too much work in the long for, probably, not that big of a return.

This would be amazing, but I imagine it's a ton of work to do new skeletons and animations, not to mention all the costume customization that might have to change. But maybe post-release? It would be great to see eventually.

I believe the minions will have these features, not sure about the hero. Crowfall has centaurs, but I am not too familiar with the game, the creations features appear limited in the pre-alpha stage. That game looks crazy good for a pre-alpha, so smooth and fluid. Wonder if it is truly pre-alpha.

This would be a cool feature. We may get a taste of it whenever the minion features are released.
