Both actually...

We brought in a part-time web developer to focus on the website. He had to get up to speed on how our site is set up but is now focused on the Powers page. He is currently optimizing the code and then will be working on adding the rest of the powers to the database. We're hoping for it to be ready in the next week or so but I'll post an update on progress when I have one.
