I don't know Rabid Easter Bunny sort sounds awesome to me! All kidding aside, I don't see anything wrong with having a RP server, mostly to help roleplayers find one another on single server.
I also think however defining a Superhero ruleset for RP is pretty hard, since comics in themselves and the genera is so varied. I mean it's genera that has stuff that's super silly like The Tick (just first thing that comes to mind) to something really serious like Batman, Spawn, or Punisher. (I mean even Batman himself alone runs the gambit to 60's camp to Dark Horse grit.) So I don't really know how you'd make a ruleset for that. It's not like this is based on well known IP like say Star Wars or Lord of the Rings, which has well defined feel, and tenor.
They could of coarse base it on the feel and tenor of their own story in game, but that makes difficult for players to know because they won't have played the story yet.
The beauty if you like freedom of creativity is Superhero's lend themselves it wide range of any sort of play. The burden is, you will most likely have to do some work to find others that share similar enough view of what Superhero roleplay should be on your own.
