It's nice to see all the progress you make in your Updates thread, but i wonder when we investors will finally see all the new stuff? Last patch is more than a month and you changed a ton. Last patch was also very hard to play (not complaining, it's alpha after all) so an update would be great.

We were in the testing phase hoping to get the patch out this week but our internal testers found a lot of bugs and we are in the process of fixing them. We'll see how things go and let people know how it is going shortly.

Can we expect some kripto289 graphics in this update?

And speaking of kripto289, he released a new Unity effects video. Any chance you contracted him to do those effects as well?



Simply breathtaking stuff and would LOVE to see that quality of animation/effects in VO. I'm not sure if the majority of those were some type of alpha power or a personal shield due to the collisions of the projectiles. Either way, awesome looking.

Yes SavageFist, he's already provided us with these and most are integrated into the game along with a few others he did to replace our lower level to mid-level power sets. The guy is quite amazing in regards to his visual effects talents. I always consider being able to pay him full-time with absolute exclusivity, and knowing that one day that will be possible truly excites me. Our Systems Director has many incredible ideas for future power sets and we're excited to have Andrey possibly working full-time and exclusively on them.

I really think people will like the updates in the new patch. Things are looking better than ever!

I have been logging in 50 days in a row so nyah.

Hahah, no seriously, I say they release when it is solid and not too soon... 2019... now that's a little late.

I am eagerly awaiting this mega-patch that is coming and I want to see the character creator fixed up.

have you guys considered adding a few of your hover drones and robot enemys? it should be the lowest animation requirement enemys so you can knock them out easiest with a small team and they will look cool and sci-fi

Aegis just posted another huge batch of updates. Since we still do not see *any* of it, this kind of posting is almost cruel. What's up with your update process? This is alpha, we know that there will be bugs. We actually want to help you to find them. Please let us do that.

Those are smaller updates that are part of the process of a major, and playable, update that you can then test.

I am pretty sure everyone wants to play the patch as a possible, but by getting some internal testing done first, there won't be as many obvious bugs like flight not working.

Can anyone complete other than the first set of quests?
Or does anyone else have the issue of their new character having the powers of their old character on their bars?

It would be nice to receive some sort of email notification for any possible future updates rather than checking forums, twitter, or facebook.

Obviously you got some problem with delivering the patch, but you didn't post anything about it. Please keep us informed.

On facebook I saw mention of a mob spawn rate issue that popped up in testing the release build.
Really anticipating this update. Hoping I can fly!

i believe the cake is baked when its baked it doesn't take well to opening the oven repeatedly to check if its done yet
