Hi everyone,

I'm very excited about this project. I've noticed, though, that there's an odd difference between the progress of the project and the number of posts on the forum!

Where are all the posts? Is the majority of discussion happening somewhere else?

We do have things like our Facebook page and Twitter page that AEGIS keeps up to date. I mostly lurk around these boards seeing if I can throw my two cents into places while I'm working on writing content, so you're more likely to run into good ol' me here.

Of course, there may be a secret cabal of VO supporters somewhere I don't know about that meets in the darker regions of the Internet that sacrifice goats for unknown reasons. I don't have time to look for them though.

But yeah, building a community starts with engaging it, so post away and see what other folks have to say!

Also, keep in mind that this is a new website with new forums. The old forum content did not carry over. It is a pretty active forum considering it has just barely started by comparison. Pretty regular posting and comments from what I've seen in just the past few weeks.

So far as what any of us can do I would say is just donate if we can, and definitely spread the word wherever we happen to be social - whether that be in other forums, chats, coffee shops, etc. Whatever works. Get the name out and get funds coming in.. I think that is what any project like this needs.

There was a good interview Friday night on NameSake Radio with the VO team. I'm sure they'll have it posted before long. Prolly good to spread stuff like that around.
