I dont know if it is just me and maybe i am confused but since the last updates and my new character creation I have leveled up to level 9 but have only been able to get 6 powers. Is this normal? I do not know what the leveling and power choosing will be, such as do you get to choose a power at only even levels like 2, 4 6 and 8? if so I should still have more than i currently have.

You should have exactly 6 powers at level 9:

1: 1 primary, 1 secondary
2: 1 power
4: 1 power
6: 1 power
8: 1 power
